Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intent to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Zeli Systems for the purchase of SATPAK-CPCI-MGUE, QTY 6, to be integrated into the GPS Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS) Real Time Component (RTC). Based on the approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
