Notice of intent to extend

The contract with Jones Lang LaSalle - Northeast, Inc., originally commencing on April 1, 2005, involves the provision of lease acquisition services by commercial brokerage firms. The current notice serves to announce the intent to exercise the option to extend both the term and services under this contract, pursuant to the relevant federal clauses governing extensions of services and contract terms. The option period for this extension spans from April 1, 2010, through September 30, 2010. This extension maintains the contractual relationship under contract number GS00P05BQD0004.
