The Department of the Air Force's 341st Contracting Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, plans to increase the ceiling on its existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for minor construction projects on base real property. This MATOC currently covers contracts awarded to eight construction companies, including Doyon Management Services, LLC, Geranios Enterprises, Inc., and others. The ceiling increase of nearly $10 million will raise the total contract ceiling from $90 million to just under $100 million, ensuring continued service delivery until a follow-on contract is executed. This notice serves solely to inform about the ceiling increase and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive proposals. Any responses submitted must convincingly demonstrate how competition would benefit the government, but will be used strictly for planning purposes and will not bind the government to competition or any commitment. The contract actions are set aside entirely for small businesses under NAICS code 236220, reflecting construction of commercial and institutional buildings, and point-of-contact personnel are available for inquiries through provided email and phone contacts.
