Full Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM intends to restrict competition and negotiate directly with DNI Mission Services LLC (UEI: FCDMHYJUCEV7) to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for reusable medical and dental devices from Steris.
The anticipated period of performance is:
Base Period: 9/1/2026-8/31/2027
Option Period One: 9/1/2027-8/31/2028
Option Period Two: 9/1/2028-8/31/2029
Option Period Three: 9/1/2029-8/31/2030
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112- Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
No further BPAs will be awarded unless the need for Gallup Indian Medical Center changes. The prospective BPA identified in this notice is sufficient at this time. Market research indicates the identified vendor is the only Steris-authorized source for the required supplies. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, the simplified procedures at RFO 12.201-1 will be utilized.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements, as described, are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact below via email, only, and no later than 8/13/2026 at 10:00AM (MDT). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
