This is a notice of intent to award a single-source contract in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 12.102(a). This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, a solicitation document does not exist for this requirement. Responses to this notice of intent to single source are not anticipated; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). In accordance with RFO 5.101(d), the due date for submissions is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT. 


The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP), single-source services contract to Data Security, Inc. for annual preventative maintenance (PM) and out-of-cycle repairs for a CR-4KR solid state media cracker, SSMD-2mm Solid-State Disintegrator, and a Compact Field CheckR. The requirement will consist of a base year and four option years, with the frequency and magnitude of services being dictated by equipment usage and an annual PM schedule, out-of-cycle routine service calls, and over-and-above repairs. 


This commercial purchase will be made using the Simplified Procedures authorized by RFO 12.201-1. The following Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code have been assigned to this acquisition:
