This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i). It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotations, therefore a solicitation document does not exist for this requirement. Responses to this notice of intent to single source are not anticipated, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the supply listed. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the deadline for the submittal is Thursday, 15 May 2025 at 4:00 PM CDT. The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, intends to award a firm fixed-price, single-source supply contract to Eagle Safe Surfaces Colorado Inc. (doing business under the trade name Eagle & Myslik Inc.) for 26 SIB Airport Cassette Runway Brushes, Part # 4021593. The SIB cassettes must be compatible with SIB 18ft-R28-Split Core. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The following Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code have been assigned to this acquisition: PSC: 3825 - Road Clearing, Cleaning, and Marking Equipment NAICS: 488119 - Other Airport Operations A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
