In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.



The FAA intends to award a single source contract to General Micro Systems, Inc. of  Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This procurement is to provide Flight Program Operations (AJF) with upgraded memory from 16GB to 24GB for previously purchased computers.  All inquiries to this announcement must be directed to Tammy Claiborne at tammy.r.claiborne@faa.gov no later than 7:00am CDT September 12, 2026.
