In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
The FAA intends to award a single source contract to Vertiv Corporation of Westerville, OH. This procurement is to remove and replace 960 UPS batteries for Enterprise Service Center’s Enterprise Data Center (ESC-EDC) Systems Management Facility (SMF) Electrical System Maintenance.
