The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to AT&T Mobility for cellular service to support the Kuala Lumpur Country Office. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 11/27/2020 @ 10:00 am EST. Point of contact is Alicia Jones, email alicia.l.jones@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with AT&T Mobility. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this internet address - www.acquisition.gov/far and are attached. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 517312. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
