The contractor will develop and maintain a Line Item Mapping Master in Microsoft Excel using CSI standards and R.S. Means data to establish national average costs, as well as a Microsoft Access database containing location-specific costs for all FIPS-designated CONUS and OCONUS areas, including Tribal Nations and Alaska Regional Areas.
