This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their qualifications and ability to meet the Government’s requirement. Responses must be submitted by email to justine.codling@dfc.gov no later than June 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the preparation or submission of capability statements. Responses will be reviewed solely to determine whether this requirement should be competed. The decision whether to proceed with a competitive procurement remains entirely at the discretion of the Government.
This requirement is a follow-on effort for a Private Equity Reporting System and related support services. The Government anticipates awarding a commercial, firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period from July 15, 2026, through July 14, 2027, with four additional option years.
