NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency intends to to award a sole source contract. The proposed contract term is a base period of one (1) year and two option periods; for a total contract period of performance of three years. DCSA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, proposals, or bids.
