This procurement is for Infor Cloverleaf software licenses and support services to support the NIH Clinical Center Disaster Recovery environment. The NIH Clinical Center (CC) relies on the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite to support HL7 messaging, FHIR interoperability, and clinical system integration across mission-critical healthcare systems. To ensure continuity of operations, the CC maintains a Disaster Recovery (DR) environment that mirrors production capabilities.
This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 –Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstance of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
