In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101, the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the contract ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract W56KGY-23-D-0005 awarded to Raytheon Company. The proposed modification will increase the total overall ceiling amount by $27,345,375.95 to a new total of $72,893,824.77.
