(CSI) of 388 Kinsman Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, for the procurement of 1,392 40mm Flash-Bang / Smoke Combination Ammunition Cartridges for Day / Night Operations (P/N: 456117 / NSN: 1310-01-563-6423 / DDAC: 1310-BA33).
