There is no reasonable expectation that offers would be received from two or more SDVOSB small business concerns. This requirement is for Microsoft Licenses. The period of performance is 12 months, with two 12 month option periods. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.
