The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) plans to award a sole source contract to EpiAnywhere, LLC, located in Rockville, MD, to maintain and enhance the tuberculosis (TB) surveillance modules of their proprietary EpiAnywhereTM system. This contract will cover an initial base year plus four option years, totaling a 60-month period. The EpiAnywhereTM system is a web-based, hosted platform that automates TB case data collection and reporting for the six U.S.-affiliated Pacific Island jurisdictions and the state of Hawaii, forwarding data to the CDC in real time and providing analytical reports. The sole source justification is based on the unique proprietary nature of the software, with EpiAnywhere, LLC as the only responsible source capable of meeting these requirements. The procurement falls under the NAICS code 541513, with a size standard of $27.5 million. No competitive solicitation will be posted publicly due to the sole source nature; however, other responsible sources that believe they can fulfill the requirements may submit a capability statement to the designated CDC contact by the specified deadline. All communications must be in writing by email only, and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The CDC retains discretion over whether to proceed without competition based on any capability statements received.
