The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, plans to award a sole source contract to Progressive Surface, Inc. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for technical phone support, preventive scheduled maintenance, and emergent maintenance services on the automated shot peen blast booth system (Serial number 7720) at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast. Progressive Surface, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, holds exclusive technical data rights and proprietary software needed to operate, maintain, and repair the system, which includes the blast booth, dust collector, filtration system, computer, and spray robot. The contract covers a base year from August 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020, with four one-year option periods, and will be awarded as a single firm-fixed price service contract under NAICS code 811310, related to Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
