The procurement is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1 for other than full and open competition, with the NAICS code 541511 for custom computer programming services, and no solicitation document is available for competitive bids. The agency will consider any information submitted by other potential providers by 9:00 AM Eastern Time on July 24, 2026, at Natasha.Abbington@fda.hhs.gov, but an award to Risk Sciences International is expected approximately 15 days after the notice date unless another vendor demonstrates superior capability.
