The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), intends to issue an award to GeoScienceWorld Journals, 1750 Tysons Boulevard Suite 1500, McLean, VA 22102, a sole source basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13. The requirement is for one GeoScienceWorld subscription and one GeoRef subscription. The subscriptions are proprietary in nature and no other journal publishers can provide the subscriptions.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
