Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Mobility Training

The Department of Justice, specifically Division 1100, has issued a notice of intent to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract and Blanket Purchase Agreement to Cameron Advanced Mobility, a Veteran-Owned Small Business. This agreement, identified by solicitation number DJF-22-2200-PR-0005203, is designed to provide specialized mobility training for the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team and the Fly Team. The training aims to enhance personnel competence and capability in austere environments and all weather conditions, covering a diverse range of modalities including 4x4 vehicles, winter mobility vehicles, high-performance vehicles, non-standard vehicles, and horseback or pack animal transport. The contract structure consists of a 12-month base year with four subsequent option years. Cameron Advanced Mobility was selected as the sole source because they are identified as the only vendor capable of providing the required off-the-shelf courses across all four critical skill areas in austere environments. To meet mission requirements, the contractor must possess all necessary expertise and equipment and maintain the capability to deliver any of the required training courses within 30 days of notice.
