The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) plans to award a sole source, fixed-price purchase order to Interoperability BidCo LLC for the continued supply of Rhapsody Software and related services. This contract represents a continuation of the existing software solution currently provided by Interoperability BidCo LLC, which is vital for public health officials' operational efficiency. The CDC has determined that transitioning to a different vendor would involve significant time, cost, and resource burdens due to system implementation, user training, and stakeholder adoption requirements, making Interoperability BidCo LLC the only feasible source able to meet the agency's needs in the necessary timeframe. This acquisition will be conducted under a sole source authority as per FAR 13.106-1(b), and the CDC is not soliciting competitive quotations through this notice, though it will consider any responses submitted by June 23, 2026. The contract falls under the NAICS code 513210, and the work will be performed in Atlanta, Georgia. Points of contact for this procurement include Crystil Bennett and Marie Claxton within the CDC’s Office of Acquisition Services. The CDC retains discretion on whether to pursue a competitive process based on any quotations received by the stated deadline.
