Notice of intent to Sole Source to Bay Area Toll Authority

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Bay Area Toll Authority for FasTrak funding necessary to support the costs associated for the San Francisco Division Offices. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 12/12/2021, 9:00 am EST. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to contact@example.gov and be received by the archive date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
