This synopsis shall serve as the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration�s (OA) notice of intent to issue a sole source Purchase order to CRU International Limited (UEI#VNGUAW7YNZ63/CAGE Code: KD2A7) for CRU Analysis tool subscriptions. The period of performance is a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. This sole source procurement to CRU International Limited is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, including brand name or equal descriptions. When the supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the Government�s requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This notice is valid until 19 May 2023. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated.
