The 846th Test Squadron (846 TS) at Holloman AFB in New Mexico intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, GoEngineer LLC (CAGE Code 0U958 / UEI UZ1HHPLRZMX5), for a 12-month commercial software maintenance license renewal, updates, and technical support for its CAMWorks CAD/CAM software. The full requirement is detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as an attachment to this notice.


The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR RFO 12.102(a)., as the requirement is available from only one responsible source due to exclusive software reseller licensing agreements, and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency.


This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will consider all responses received via email by 10:00 AM CST on 8 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
