The requirement demands high-volume coding capacity, with an expected monthly volume of 25,000 to 45,000 records and a strict quality threshold requiring an error rate below four percent per coder. Qualified providers must supply NCHS-certified nosologists or similarly qualified medical coders and demonstrate the ability to begin performance within one week of award.
