NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title: USCG MAT KETCHIKAN PORTABLE PRESSURE CALIBRATOR The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for USCG MAT KETCHIKAN PORTABLE PRESSURE CALIBRATOR to King Nutronics Corp at 6421 Independence Ave, Woodland Hills CA 91367 DUNS 064565435. The total estimated value is less than $17,000. The propsed procurment is for a Portable Pressure Calibrator that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, where delay of award would result in serious impairment to the government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discrection of the Contracting Officer.
