NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Yoto Yotov NAICS Code 541690 – Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services PSC R499 – Support – Professional: Other Reqsuitiion: ITC-OOEC-26-0008The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Yoto Yotov, 852 Margo Ln, Penn Valley, PA 19072, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Yoto Yotov, to update the Commission’s ITPD-E database. The international trade and production dataset for estimation (ITPD-E) is currently being used extensively inside and outside the Commission. It is available online on Commission’s Gravity Portal. Inside the Commission, it is used as the main data source for gravity modeling. It is used in statutory studies, such as the TPA Retrospective study, and in staff research products. There is currently no comparable source of data. This requirement is for services to provide three annual releases of the ITPD-E. The updates will pull the latest available data from all official sources, so the updated database will be based on the latest available official data for all years, which may include updates and corrections to the data. The period of performance:
