Title: Notice of Intent ? Virtual Edge Platform (VEP) Flyaway Kit The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Deployable Technologies, 20700 Loudoun County Pkwy, Ste 172 Ashburn, VA 20147 for VEP Flyaway Kit 4 port expansion cards (AOC-SGP-I4-P) and the 90-degree connectors/risers (RSC-RR1U-E8) on the secure side (one in each kit). This is to copy existing kit with addition of adding removable HD on the secure side. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Deployable Technologies under the authority of FAR Overhaul 13.101(b) soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The applicable NAICS code is 334419, PSC 6150.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil/ by 23 June 2026. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Elizabeth White at elizabeth.k.white9.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 23 June 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
