***NOTICE Of PROPOSED PROCUREMENT*** In accordance with Article 19.6 of the Canada-European Trade Agreement, this Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) notifies the supplier community that the Province intends to undertake procurement activities for the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness. The upcoming negotiated RFP is expected to be made public in February 2026. The established contract will be for an initial 5-year period plus additional option years (total potential duration of 9 years). Proposals will be submitted to the Province by March 2026.
