Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) - Application Services for One (1) Programmer / Software Developer and One (1) Web Graphics Designer

The Department of National Defence is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional informatics services under the Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement EN578-170432, Tier 1, to modernize the National Resource Directory (NRD) through technical upgrades and a user experience redesign.
