The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source delivery order contract for two Satellite Tool Kit (STK) Premium (Space) software licenses and one (1) year of Maintenance Support services to Ansys Government Initiatives (AGI) of Exton, PA. The contracted period of performance will be 12 months and will have a total estimated value of $238,800.00. The period of performance is anticipated to be September 29, 2022 through September 28, 2023. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only.
