Take notice that, on August 11, 2026, and accordance with section 36 (1.2) of the Forest Act, Revelstoke Community Forest Corporation was offered a replacement for Tree Farm Licence (TFL) 56.TFL 56 is comprised of 1 block, located in the Selkirk Mountains north of Revelstoke, in the Selkirk Natural Resource District. An overview map can be viewed at the following link:https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/farming-natural-resources-and-industry/forestry/timber-tenures/tree-farm-licence/maps/tfl_56_…The replacement TFL will have a term of 25 years and allows for the harvest of coniferous timber from the area identified on the overview map.
