The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to issue a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to The Ives Group, Inc., located in Sutton, Massachusetts, to gain access to their Audit Analytics online database platform and data feeds. This platform provides comprehensive, categorized data on current and historical auditor and compliance information for all U.S. public companies, broker-dealers, and registered investment advisers. The service includes a web-based research interface that allows users to search and download data, with capabilities to filter searches by various criteria such as auditor, filing type, date range, market capitalization, revenues, location, industry, and ticker code. The database uniquely offers extensive historical data—up to 24 years of auditor and restatement information, 20 years of Sarbanes-Oxley disclosures, and 12 years of registered investment adviser data—along with a proprietary taxonomy of issues, which is not available from any other source. The contract is expected to cover a base year with four additional one-year options, with the award anticipated around March 21, 2025. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals, but interested parties may express their interest and capability to meet the requirement by the response deadline.
