The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has a requirement for professional consulting services in Business Process Optimization and Lean Transformation under TSPS Category 2.5 Business Process Consultans. The objective of this engagement is to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and identify opportunities for technology-enabled automation within the Transportation Safety Board (TSB) 's business processes. This work is critical to achieving the TSB's commitment to continuous improvement and directly supports the strategic directions and goals outlined in the TSB Strategic Plan 2026–2028 . The Contractor shall provide expert advice, analysis, and support to achieve these objectives through the application of Lean methodology, ensuring proposed solutions are robust for human understanding and structured for potential AI/automation implementation.
