Changes to the Ohley Hollow Road Drawings:
- Note showing the potential that an abandoned septic tank (unknown location) may be encountered and will need to be decommissioned if it is disturbed.
- Note showing the location of a pet cemetery and to avoid this location.
- Note showing a temporary fence must be constructed between the corner of the house and the fence along the road.
Changes to the specs:
Seeding Spec:
- Added a different seed mixture for the Ohley site.
- Added note showing the maximum rock size shall be ½” in top 1-1/2” where the special seedbed preparation is required.
- Added note specifying compacted and disturbed areas must be loosened and blended into adjacent area to remove depressions.
Mob Spec:
- Added procedure for decommissioning an abandoned septic tank if one is disturbed.

The project consists of clearing designated areas by the removal and disposal of trees, logs, stumps, shrubs, brush, and rubbish and the shaping of the channel.
Installing measures or performing work to control erosion and minimize the production of sediment and
other pollutants to water and air from construction activities.
Preparing the area for treatment; furnishing and placing seed, sprigs, mulch, fertilizer, inoculant, lime, and
other soil amendments; and anchoring mulch in designated areas as specified.
The work consists of the mobilization and demobilization of the contractor’s forces and equipment
necessary for performing the work required under the contract.
Establishing traffic control and maintaining safe, convenient use of public roads and right of way.
Removal of surface water and ground water as necessary to perform the construction required by the
contract in accordance with the specifications. It must include: (1) constructing, installing, building, and
maintaining all necessary temporary water containment facilities, channels, and diversions; (2) furnishing,
installing, and operating all necessary pumps, piping, and other facilities and equipment; and (3)
removing all such temporary works and equipment after their intended function is no longer required.
