**Site Visit: Prior to submitting bid, bidder must meet with Rich Taylor, Community Services Director, for a site visit. The purpose of the site visit is to see scope of the project and understand the scope of work. Site visit must be scheduled by phone or email with Rich Taylor and must be completed by 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2026.**
