NSA BEN-154 Fire Station #4 Repairs

Building is used 24/ 7 by firefighters and EMT's. Replace double doors with glass in gym, 6' x 6'1/2" with no glass; Remove double doors in bunk room and close in; New carpet throughout which would include bunk rooms and lounge area. Carpet is worn and has exceeded its service life; Install new flooring (VCT) in command/ dispatch room. Floor is badly worn, and some are broken, New Bay doors and controls. Doors are starting to have issues making it difficult to get emergency vehicles out of the bays; Install new LED lighting throughout the building. Currently there is fluorescent lighting. This would be an energy savings; Replace shower stalls; Remove wall covering and paint all walls; Move washer and dryer out of bay and into interior storage room. Water line is in storage room; Repair sheetrock near roof hatch; Clean vents and ductwork; Install new ceiling grid; Install new kitchen cabinets; Bathroom drain line for sink is cracked and needs pipe replaced where it goes into slab; AB and lead paint samples will need to be taken.
