Full Description

Provide SOW for design effort and construction of an office space within CA-7 (gym) that meets all requirements of ICD 705 including RF shielding on all six (6) sides. 90 Div. is currently on the 1st floor of CA-10. This space does not meet the DIA/SSO Navy requirements for accreditation and will not meet the future dual SCI/SAP tasking. Three COA's were provided for the relocation of 90 Div. COA 1 repurposes the gym. COA 2 repurposes 3200-3500 sf of space on either the 2nd or 3rd floor. COA 3 rebuilds the current 90 Div. space to meet ICD 705 requirements. COA 2 and 3 were not chosen due to having to relocate personnel due to construction, gutting and constructing a space to meet ICD 705, disruptive to others working in the building and would require multiple escorts. COA 3 also does not meet the 3400-3500 sf requirement. COA 1 chosen due to little to no impact to personnel, the design requirements for the ICD 705 and RF shielding can easily be met. Escorts should not be needed. A male and female bathroom for CA-7 was previously SWIB'd, SR 20668572, and is with engineering. COMOPTEVFOR to fund.
