Unable to provide adequate workspace for Admin, Executive suite, legal within the 3RD deck. Also, to add showers on the third deck due to limited shower availability within the building.Third deck office spaces have room for expansion IOT maximize space utilization. There may be requirements for additional walls which extend through the ceiling, and scope/design required to determine any utility relocation necessary to accommodate it i.e. HVAC vents, sprinkler heads, light fixtures along with potential for additional electrical/internet circuits.
