Demolition Acoustic panels on all boundary walls and acoustic foam on ceiling. Gypsum boards on boundary walls (down to metal studs and insulation installed on concrete) Emergency exit doors. Install Additional boundary wall with double doors (entrance and exit) to include security hardware. 3 Layers gypsum board on boundary walls. RF shielding in between gypsum boards 1 and 2 and installed along entire parameter boundary as per ICD-705. Acoustic panels on boundary walls and acoustic foam on ceiling. Protective barrier between RF shielding and true floor. Emergency exit doors and security hardware and gasketing. 2 deadbolts on roll-up door (2126-2130) Modify Controls for frosted windows from 2220 and 2221 to baloneys of 2125 and 2126 respectively. Permanent frosting on windows from 2224 into 2126 installed within 2126. SOW and Cost Estimate and design start in FY24 with Execution in FY24 funded by FF FY26 Design and FY27 Execution
