This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL procurement for a Quantity 300 of NSN 8415009351901or a PN equivalent to its specs, with the following description:
HELMET, SAFETY (CONSTRUCTION WORKER'S):
Shall be Mine Safety MSA V-GARD P/N 454732 & 10171104 combined, or equal, and in accordance with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014.
For your quote to be considered valid, you MUST complete and return BOTH the Request for Quote Document and MIL STD 129R via email to desmond.sysengchanh@gsa.gov. Otherwise, failure to complete, sign, and return the documents to the email address will result in your response and quote being INVALID and be given NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION for award.
