Requesting Scope, Design, and Constructions Services to renovate the entire building CEP-160 Diver Change House. Provide properly-configured spaces, increase configured spaces, increase locker room and restroom spaces for female locker room and restroom spaces for female divers, and addresses the BFR space deficit. This request include the renovation of the 2nd floor. References: 1391 FY25 Special Projects RM 21-0133 CEP-160 FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION, eProjects #1583998: (May 2018) and #1358621 Structural and Building Repair (Sept 2019) • CCN21368 (Dive Shop) has a previously documented BFR Space deficit of more than space deficit of more than 10,000 SF at NSN. Improving the configuration of existing space helps address this deficit. Currently MARMC is updating the BFR and has a new documented deficit. • Projected port loading of LACL/VACL submarines will create a requirement of 3,623 Man Days of required effort, resulting in a 105% increase (FY18to FY29) in diving services for submarine support. Diving services for submarine support. • Code 970 divers perform all ship/sub-related related maintenance work below the water line, supporting maintenance work below the water line, supporting 50 -60 ships.
