NSN CEP 160 RENOVATE BUILDING

Requesting Scope, Design, and Constructions Services to renovate the entire building CEP-160 Diver Change House. Provide properly-configured spaces, increase configured spaces, increase locker room and restroom spaces for female locker room and restroom spaces for female divers, and addresses the BFR space deficit. This request include the renovation of the 2nd floor. References: 1391 FY25 Special Projects RM 21-0133 CEP-160 FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION, eProjects #1583998: (May 2018) and #1358621 Structural and Building Repair (Sept 2019) • CCN21368 (Dive Shop) has a previously documented BFR Space deficit of more than space deficit of more than 10,000 SF at NSN. Improving the configuration of existing space helps address this deficit.
