NSN D-29 INTERIOR SPACE RENOVATION (ROC) & TRAILERS INSTALLATION

Customer Funded Interior Space Renovation in support standing up a Readiness Operation Center (ROC) in space B06. Request two temporary Office trailers to support the move of 32 personnel out space to be renovated, disassemble and remove all furniture in space to be renovated. A conceptual drawing is attach for finish layout of the proposed interior space renovation of the ROC. Currently this command is conducting ROC operations out of a large and small conference rooms. This renovated space will provide command and control of operation in a single location. FY24 3rd Qtr. Currently command and control of the ROC will continue haphazardly if the identified space renovation is delayed or not completed by 3rd Qtr. FY24. Interior space renovation in area B room B06 (1,945SF), B07 (office #1 103SF), B08 (Roc Director 158SF), B09 (office #2 107SF), B10 (office #3 107SF). - Remove system furniture in room B06 and prepare DRMO, furniture to remain in rooms B07, B08, B09, B10 - Wall covering Patch and Paint room B06, B07 (office #1), B08 (ROC Director) 158SF, B09 (office #2) 107SF, B10 (office #3) 107SF. - Floor covering (carpet square tiles) to remain - Replace all ceiling tiles in the entire space - Repair any ceiling lighting not working in the entire space - Request wall receptacles to support the 70–75-inch TV monitor location (northeast corner wall), the six-wall mounted video wall screen monitors (south wall), the two secure VTC monitors (south wall), receptacles for the secure VTC controls panel - Request new furniture and arranged accord to ...
