MARMC Facilities has a requirement to alter three (3) spaces in LF18 to improve functionality for their respective mission. Intent for Building LF-18: MARMC Facilities has a requirement to improve spaces to support functionality and mission. Three (3) spaces require alteration to include: wall partition construction (walls and doors), lighting upgrades (LED), new floor finishes, painting, electrical modification to support the new space, HVAC modifications to support the new space, and Fire Suppression modification where existing. LF18 Spaces to be altered (summary): 1. Room 25 C200 Head Shed – this space will require the construction of two (2) new offices within a large open area. 2. Room 75 C272 Sub-safe – this space requires the construction of one (1) new office within a large open area. 3. Room 16 Tech Library Office – this space requires an existing room to be divided in half to create two (2) new offices.
