Scope of work: MALE AND FEMALE HEADS NEED RENOVATIONS RM 209, 210, 118 & 119 heads are outdated and need renovating. Heads require improvement to stalls and sinks, along with the replacement of toilets and urinals to automatic flush. Also include new floor tiles, new lighting new ceiling grids, functioning exhaust fan if needed and low noise hand dryers. Female head RM 209 require and additional stall. If possible would like to have a cleaning gear locker in all heads. Our Preference is for the new renovations to match that of our previous head renovations done for room 109 & 110.
