NNWC DETACHMENT BLUE TEAM NORFOLK (UIC N36041) requires NIPR and SIPR seating and space (operations, maintenance, and storage) to support 61 billets (59 mil / 2 civ). At least 5 offices required for Triad and senior civilian leadership. Vacated space offered in W143 is dilapidated and requires extensive remediation and repairs before we are able to move in. - HVAC Air Conditioning is not working, heating unknown - Replacement of Carpet tiles and asbestos remediation - Drywall repair around windows and mold testing - Window treatment sealing to prevent leaking - Painting - Ceiling leak repair. customer funded
