Full Description

- Project Description: Restoration project for 70,000 SF of existing warehouse facility, primarily (64,000 SF) comprised of PEMB open storage for hazardous materials and enclosed at the open ends by chain-link fence. Also features some enclosed storage, admin, and support spaces. - Scope Summary: Demolish the existing building (including metal roof) down to the existing structure, repair the existing structure as indicated, and rebuild the building meeting applicable codes and approved layouts. - ML Core Reachback History: Following preliminary design effort by PWD from 2020 to 2022, ML Core received reachback and handoff around Feb. 2023 to complete design via AE Contract.
