NSWCPD requests a period of performance of 7 months for this work. This design project will result in the production of a set of bid documents (including a basis of design with notional furniture layouts, specification, drawings, cost estimate, etc) suitable for construction award. The design will account for general multidisciplinary repairs of the building in preparation for NSWCPD to assume occupancy of the building, including but not limited to exterior/envelope repairs (roof, brick, windows, doors, etc.) and interior repairs (architectural finishes, ceiling, lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
