NSWCCD Intent to Sole Source The Mathworks Inc. Software Licenses

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to award a sole-source contract to The MathWorks, Inc. for a three-year Enterprise License Agreement covering MATLAB and Simulink software licenses spanning fiscal years 2026 through 2028, with an estimated total value of $5,215,952.07.
